• Manage Project Team Selection, Training, and Meetings
• Assign Tasks to the Team and tie the Time Sheet Entries to Project Management Reporting
• Manage Revit Output for Prefabrication
• Manage Record Model and "As-Built" Activities
• Identify Opportunity to Leverage the BIM for Asset Management, Maintenance, Warranty, Facility Operations, etc.
